Our Commitment to gender quality

In application of the Law of September 5, 2018, specified by a decree of January 8, 2019 on gender equality in the workplace, Emotors has calculated the index designed to measure the wage gap between men and women in the company.

This index set by the government, expressed as a score out of 100 is made up of five indicators.

The calculation of this index for the year 2023 gives a result of 88/100, above the legal threshold of 75/100, below which companies are required to take action to correct the excessive gender pay gap. 

Our results for the five indicators are : 

  1. Pay gap between women and men : 38/40
  2. Individual increased of women and men : 20/20
  3. Promotion gap of women and men : 15/15
  4. Percentage of women increased upon their return from maternity leave : 15/15
  5. Number of salariees of the underrepresented gender in the ten highest paid positions in the company : 0/10

To provide customers with best guaranty, emotors has a certification strategy.

Our Quality Management System has been certified ISO 9001: 2015 for scope design and development and IATF16949. This certificate defines and confirms our ability to develop and produce large series of electrical machines that meet the demands of different customers.
